5. Where to Send Your Notice

6. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2–3 business days.
  2. Investigate and review the alleged infringement.
  3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
  4. Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) about the takedown.
  5. Provide the affected user with an opportunity to submit a Counter-Notice (see Section 7).

7. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that material you posted on our Website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our DMCA Agent.

Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our sole discretion.

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to:
